National Freedom: No long distance or roaming charges in most major metro areas. Detailed maps are available.
Calls originating and terminating within local coverage area use plan minutes and are toll free. On the $29.99 plan, calls placed while in the local coverage area and terminating to anywhere outside the local coverage area will be charged 15 cents per minute long distance. Some areas may offer options for toll-free calling to the U.S. Customers utilizing one of these options may not pay long distance charges , but still will continue to use rate plan minutes. Airtime charges may apply if rate plan minutes are unavailable.
Maps are general representation of coverage. Coverage varies based on system buildout, system availability and capacity, customers' equipment, terrain, signal strength, weather and other conditions.
** Night minutes are Mon. – Thurs. 9pm –5:59am Weekend minutes are Fri. 9pm – Mon. 5:59am. Minutes must be used each month and do not carry over.
*** Mobile to Mobile Minutes apply to calls between Alltel wireless customers that begin and end in your plans' calling area. Call forwarding, 411 and Voice Mail calls are excluded.

- The Alltel National freedom Network covers most U.S. cities. Coverage may not be available in all areas. National Freedom customers calling Puerto Rico coverage area may be subject to long distance charges.

Multiple User Plans
Freedom Pooled Plans: Allow users to pool minutes by putting all mobiles on one account and separate rate plans. A minimum of 5 lines is required. All lines must be on the same rate plan to pool.

Other Options
Mobile to Mobile/Mobile to Office
Allows ALLTEL users to communicate with each other without deducting from package minutes. Also choose one number to communicate with that will deduct from Business Direct. (For example: office line, dispatch number).
Voicemail Service
- Preview Voicemail – holds up to five messages for three days. Included on all plans $26.96 and higher.
- Basic Voicemail – holds up to 15 messages for 14 days.
- Business Voicemail – holds up to 30 messages for up to 3 weeks, create and send messages to distribution list.

Axcess Text Messaging
Two-way messaging via cellular phone.
- $3.00 per month includes Unlimited incoming and 300 outgoing

Platinum Guard Insurance
- Coverage includes phone replacement in the event of loss, theft, or damage not covered by manufacturers warranty. $5.00/month with a $50 deductible.
- Platinum Guard Plus for PDA devices $7.00 per month/ $95.00 deductible
- Uninsured phones, purchased at a discounted price, that are lost, stolen or damaged, within six (6) months of the original purchase will be replaced at full retail price.
