The Information Technology and Management Services section offers Virtual CIO services for smaller state agencies that only need access to a senior level technology professional on a part-time basis.
IT Assessment Services
- Assessments generally include interviews with senior management, IT department heads, internal and external clients, business applications reviews, technology infrastructure assessments to include LANs WANs, and servers, organizational structure and “climate” review, level of automation and process review budget review, IT and agency strategic plans alignment, capital budget needs, IT project reviews leverage opportunities, and short-term and long-term transition strategies.

It’s a viable option for smaller agencies to contract for such services on an as needed basis to perform critical IT functions such as system design or migration to a new platform. The Value Chain Services section offers the services of experienced, senior level technology professionals on a fee-for services basis for such purposes through its Virtual CIO Program.
In partnership with the client, we develop written documents to support processes while providing the client total cost of service budget cycle inputs. We are fully committed to customer satisfaction.
