Application Services analysts offer the following system testing services:

• Test plan development based on requirements
• Test plan execution
• Test results documentation

Understand the Service
Our business analysts will assist in the development of the Test Plan based on the requirements while working with the architect/designer and Development staff to incorporate any changes or enhancements into the Plan. Our analysts will execute full system testing after the development of the code to verify the product passes all test cases. The deliverable is the Test Plan and the documented results.

In addition, our staff can develop test cases and supply testers for testing on systems and applications not developed or maintained by our Application Services staff. Using BeeLine, we can bring in additional experienced staff if necessary. Using our management and methodology, Application Services staff will ensure that best practices based on industry standards are maintained. The deliverable is the Test Plan and the documented results.

How Am I Billed?
Application Services are billed via the Customer Care billing system using standard State processes.
