Application Services staff offers the following system maintenance services:

• Application code maintenance
• Enhancements and modifications as needed
• Keep application current with operating system (OS) and security changes as needed

Understand the Service
After your application goes to production, our experienced staff will maintain the code, make enhancements or modifications as needed based on operating system upgrades, changes in security needs or business changes. The deliverable from this service is the updated system operation documentation and a smooth running production system.

How Am I Billed?
Application Services are billed via the Customer Care billing system using standard State processes.
