This billing code and rate is applicable when DSIT software specialists are used in designing, programming, testing and implementing call centers and automated attendants. The consultant will meet with agency personnel to discover the agency's needs and program scenarios to route the agency's incoming calls to the correct destination. DSIT can provide a not-to-exceed cost for budgetary purposes. DSIT will also document the agency's call flow with a Visio diagram to retain for your future use.
