Reserved/Suspended Numbers
The Division of State Information Technology (DSIT) allows customers to convert an active analog or digital number to a reserved or suspended status for a one-time charge. This enables you to keep the number active, but remove the port charges. Disconnecting a reserve number will not incur a one-time charge.
Why Use DSIT?
This DSIT service ensures that you may keep the same extension number in reserve without an active telephone set.
