Information Technology Assessments


The Project Management Information Technology (IT) Assessment program is designed to assist agencies in establishing a clear direction for technology growth and support for critical business functions.

The program provides:

  • Analysis of the current technology infrastructure to include organizational culture, technology components, supported business processes, tools utilized, etc.
  • Determination of the desired or recommended technology infrastructure to include wants, needs and mandates, etc.
  • Determination of the changes required to move from the “As is”  to the
    “To be” state to include what is required, what “best practices” should be applied, how the current good can be preserved and enhanced, and how the bad and ugly can be addressed
  • A plan of action that is tactical and strategic
  • Estimated costs for the recommendations made and a timetable for accomplishing the recommendations

Rates/Pricing
Generally, rates range from $10,000 - $50,000 depending upon the size and complexity of the engagement.

How Am I Billed?
IT Assessments services are one-time charges billed upon completion of the engagement or as requested by the customer via the Customer Care billing system using standard State processes.
