Project Management Quality Assurance Services


Our Project Management Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing services are designed to ensure a planned and systematic pattern of processes/actions necessary to provide adequate confidence that management, technical planning and controls are adequate to produce the desired outcome. Our goal is to ensure that the quality is built into your processes, upfront, to minimize the more costly defects discovered in the quality control/monitoring processes. We can accomplish this goal by providing you an “independent” quality assurance team, to establish and deploy a complete quality management system for your project or by assisting you to develop your own “in house” expertise.

Rates/Pricing
Generally, rates range from $80 to $125 per hour based upon the personnel assigned and agency needs.

How Am I Billed?
Quality Assurance services are billed monthly, quarterly or as requested by the customer via the Customer Care billing system using standard State processes.
