Templates and Forms that support effective project management approved by the South Carolina Project Management Training Oversight Committee (PMTOC).    Among the templates are Project Charter, Planning Risk Evaluation Checklist Template, Responsibility Assignment Matrix Template, etc.

The Project Management Checklist addresses vital aspects of project initiation, integration management, the importance of project stakeholders, project life-cycle phases and milestones, project planning, the work breakdown structure, scope or requirements definition, staffing plan, project managing, project executing, controlling, and closing.  These essential project management elements are then related to projects based upon their size, specifically minor, small, large, and enterprise projects.

The Business Case Template provides guidance to both project managers and decision-makers in determining whether or not a project should be added to the agency portfolio.  The template also provides information to support prioritization of the project in the portfolio and estimated ROI  (return on investment)  or other such metrics..
