Project Management Consultation Services


The Project Management team provides consultation services in project management “technology” (methods, practices, techniques and tools). Where entities may already have project managers, but the project is large and complex or the experience of the project managers is limited, the team can provide coaching and guidance in terms of budget, schedule, risk management, communication, quality, procurement or the complete project integration on an
“as needed” basis.

  • Monitoring and controlling the project
  • Identifying effective tools and techniques for the determination of business requirements and the development of business cases to support project initiation and effective project portfolio development

Rates/Pricing
Rates are determined by the complexity of the requested service and the professional expertise required to successfully complete the assignment. Most resources are available for between $75 and $115 per hour.

How Am I Billed?
Project Management Consultation services are billed monthly, quarterly or as requested by the customer via the Customer Care billing system using standard State processes.
