EC500 Extension to Cellular

EC500 is a mobility solution that enables mobile personnel to receive their incoming calls simultaneously on their cell phone and desktop set. Please note: Calls answered on the cell phone uses cell minutes.

Understand the Service
Bridging your desktop set with your cell phone allows you to answer your call on your cell phone while you are away from your desk and, should you return to your office during the call, pick up the call from your desktop set and discontinue the cell phone call (stopping your cell minute usage).

Also, EC500 follows the desktop predefined coverage path eliminating the need to check both mailboxes for the same message.
