Understand the Service
Our analysts work with you to document or review documented business processes, make recommendations for redesigning business processes and, where needed, develop requirements to automate those processes. The deliverable is a document containing the business processes and the requirements which can be used by your staff or ours to research commercial off-the-shelf and government off-the-shelf applications to fit your business needs.

In addition, the process and requirements documents may be used in the design of custom computer applications to automate your processes. Another deliverable is an initial Test Plan based on the requirements to ensure that all of the requirements are met and the application will function as needed.

How Am I Billed?
Application Services are billed via the Customer Care billing system using standard State processes.
