Palmetto 800 Interoperability - End User Class
3.5 Hours

This class is directed to the field user and focuses on the XTS2500 and XTS5000 portables. If you want to learn how to switch zones, find the radio identification number, determine how strong of a signal you are receiving off a specific tower - or if you don't know what any of the above means - then this class is for you. Do you know how to request a mutual aid channel? How about switching between direct and repeater while in a conventional mode? Attend this class. All the buttons, whistles and pre-programmed channels will be covered. All attendees need to bring an 800 radio with them. It has been suggested that anyone wanting to attend the 800MHz Interoperability Procedures Class should attend this one first.
